Andreas Gravdahl. Department of Working Life and Skills, Direktoratet for høyere Utdanning og competence, Norge will present what our national working groups are working on this year. It concerns five different videocasts that deal with national topics on AI and working life in the Nordic countries, based on the report OECD Employment Outlook: Artificial Intelligence and the Labor Market.

Daniella Tasic Hansen (Nordic Network for Digital Inclusion, and Knowledge Center for
Digital Trade) will present the framework, process, and the expectations for
the efforts: Rethinking teaching formats in labor market education

To maintain an attractive range of adult and continuing education, there is a need to think about teaching formats in new ways. The session is based on the project “Green transformation of the entire company – through new teaching formats in AMU”, where new teaching formats are developed with the aim that the employees from different professional groups (administration, production, and management) can change practice in the workplace – together.

This is done through a flexibly organized teaching course with a combination of onsite and online learning activities. Among other things, work is done with online micromodules, online sessions and practical tasks in the company.

The presentation addresses the challenges and potentials of integrating digital formats in workplace learning.
